Bit of a story here so Pt1
I recently noticed changes in my vaginal discharge and felt something was up.
Got tested and was told it was normal due to my intake of emergence pills earlier on, however they told me hsv2 was detected.
My heart sank.
I was told there isn’t any cure and in my head
I did / will not accept that.
(I remember thinking to myself we serve the creater and healer there is definitely a cure)
I did not have any flares whatsoever
And the time I would have caught is between November 2023 - Feb 2024.
Just never had any symptoms and none of my partners stated they had herpes. They all said they were clean.
I stopped seeing my partner at the time after I was diagnosed. I did tell him and he said he doesn’t have hsv2.
[also grateful for this hsv2 diagnosis as it did help me turn my life around-
I believe this has put me on a journey with God and I am learning to be patient and put my full faith in him. It led to removing the people from my life that aren’t for me as well and that itself is a blessing]

I progressively changed my diet.
Ordered my tea and oil.
From 22/March/24: I stopped meat all together
- later cut out processed snacks
Accidentally ate a chicken piece that one time and was so dissapointed🤣.
The hardest to cut tbh is gluten
Time to time I would eventually have a bit of gluten: either roti, wrap forgetting these all have gluten.
My main snack is peanuts.
And I live on fruits as a daily snack.
OFCOURSE for hunger: try to take in a good amount of taro etc.
Try to limit my rice intake as well.
I started taking in the detox tea from 4/April/2024.
Changes I’ve seen so far:
My discharge- before I had greenish/ yellowish discharge.(which led me to get tested)
(FYI I’m currently on BC - the rod input was on 25/Feb/2024) from the 26/March/2024 I’ve had continuous spotting (normal side effect for the Bc implant — However I stopped getting the greenish discharge not too long after using the oil and tea.
The oil is pretty effective too
I take less than 3 drops a day and noticed when I feel I’m catching a cold soon- I would never actually get sick while I’m taking the oil daily.
I haven’t got tested but believe me when I say I don’t believe I have the virus anymore 😂.
It’s quite early for sure
I don’t have any hav IGG reading.
All I have is a piece of paper that say
HSV2 Detected .
Today
I honestly feel completely healed
The diet change really does benefit your own health.
Going on a plant based diet does wonders
I’ve also lost weight (approx 4kg) and feel a bit more active then I usually am. (I still get tired though because life is life 🤣)
