When checking the status of your order please provide your name and order number via EMAIL ONLY!

If your order is marked delivered and you have not received the order you must contact the carrier with your tracking number to rectify the situation. Once the package ships it is out of our hands. All packages are insured. If the package is confirmed by the carrier to be lost in transit, we will replace the package.
